I CARE was held on 11th June 2009 and was a one-day conference for those who care for people with mental ill health. The conference was organised by Norfolk and Waveney Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust and chaired by award-winning journalist and broadcaster Angela Rippon. I CARE brought together carers, health professionals and voluntary organisations to address issues that affect carers.
